Delete Account

Follow these steps to delete your NomiSafe account

If you wish to permanently delete your NomiSafe account and all associated data, you can do so directly through the mobile application. Follow the simple steps below:

Open the NomiSafe app on your mobile device and sign in with your credentials.

Open Profile Section

Navigate to your profile by tapping on the profile icon or menu.

Scroll Down to Delete Account Section

Scroll down through your profile settings until you find the "Delete Account" section.

Tap Delete Account Button

Click on the "Delete Account" button and confirm your decision when prompted.

⚠️ Important Notice

Deleting your account is a permanent action. Please be aware that:

All your personal data will be permanently removed
Your insurance policy documents and information will be deleted
This action cannot be undone
You will need to create a new account if you wish to use NomiSafe again
Account deletion will be completed within 30 days
